Q. What is a voucher?

It is like a CASH for the amount you bought the voucher. For example, you bought a voucher of Face Value=RS. 1000 but you paid only Rs. 900 after Zumily wallet discount, means you can go and buy merchandise from the Merchant for Rs. 1000, depending on their Terms & Conditions.

Q. Can I buy more than one?

Yes, but only one can be redeemed at a time unless Merchant allows you to redeem it.

Q. What if I am not able to use it before date of expiration?

It will not generate bar-code to be scanned to redeem. However, your money you paid to buy this voucher is safe with Zumily and we can give one extension if you contact our CS and Merchant allows to do this.

Q. What are the Terms & Conditions?

Each Merchant defines its own T&C. It is not fixed or defined by Zumily, means different for different Merchants.

Q. What if Merchant does not honor it?

Zumily is a seller but Merchant has rights not to accept it. This is one of the rarest case but if this happens, your money you paid to buy it safe with Zumily. You can use it to buy voucher from other Merchants.

Wallet-Money

Q. How do I earn it?

There are many ways to earn Wallet Money, such as Signup, Referring friends, Sharing merchant Vouchers, etc.

Q. How much do I earn?

It is not fixed and changes as per our promotion.

Q. Can I use my Wallet Money immediately?

Yes, you can use your EARNED Wallet Money as a discount from 5-20%, depending on our promotion to the specific Merchant. If status=PENDING, means that wallet money not earned yet and cannot be used.

Q. Does wallet money ever expire?

No, right now it is for lifetime as far as your account is Active.

Q. Does Wallet Money has cash value?

No, it has no CASH value to get from Zumily and it can only be used for Zumily discounts when you buy Vouchers.

Q. Is Zumily liable to pay CASH for my Wallet Money?

No, Zumily is not. However, you can use it for Zumily DISCOUNTS when you buy Vouchers.

Q. Is there any hard limit Referring Friends or Vouchers?

No, there is none. You can refer as many as you want and earn Wallet Money.

Q. Why should I join Zumily.com?

It is a very good question. Some of the reasons you should join us: 1. Connect all your favorite businesses/organizations. 2. One stop-place to get all real-time e-flyers, e-coupons, flash-sales alerts/notifications/promos from all your favorites businesses and stores. 3. No need to carry a wad of coupons to go through at checkout counter for paper copies when you can just check online at any time. 4. A few simple clicks on your handheld device, you can find events or reminders from your organizations.

Q. What is Favorites?

This section will display all active Flyers, Deals, Flash-sales, Events, and reminders from all your favorite (following) businesses or organizations .

Q. Can I see expired Flyers, Deals, Flash-sale, Events, or Reminders?

No, we display only the active listings. Once expired, you won't be able to see those.

Q. Can I share it with my friend(s)?

Yes, you can share with your friends from Zumily-website or from App. If they already have an account with us, it can be seen immediately otherwise they have to join Zumily-network. They can download App from the App Store or the Play Store and start using it.

Q. Can I communicate with businesses/organizations?

No, we are only active listings delivery engine, no chat communication with businesses at this time. However, you can get phone/email from location info and contact them.

Q. Is there any fee to join Zumily?

No, it is absolutely FREE to join Zumily network.

Q. I do not see listings from some of my preferred stores/Businesses. How do I get those?

Either they do not have active listings or haven't joined Zumily. You can let those businesses and organizations know about Zumily or let us know and we will contact them.

Q. Can I use Zumily app when I travel to different cities?

Yes, it will provide information from the businesses within 100mi of neighborhood, you are currently in. However, your favorite lists will remain same even though you keep on travelling different cities/countries.

Q. What is Flyers?

This section will display all active flyers/Deals published by your neighborhood businesses and organizations on the Zumily network.

Q. Why should I join Zumily.com?

You should join us because... 1. You can upload flyers, deals, or sales info in a very easy, quick online set up. 2. You can avoid spending thousands of rupees/dollars by going online rather than printing flyers and deals and delivering to consumers thru some process. 3. Anybody can manage your presence on Zumily. 4. You do not need to rely on other parties like the post office or emailing services. You control the entire process. 5. The online availability attracts a larger audience in comparison to paper versions. 6. It is FREE for the first 180 days. 7. You can also earn FREE MONTH by referring your other Merchant friends.

Q. Can I change/publish my store Deals and Flyers every day?

Absolutely, you can upload as many flyers and deals you want. No limitations as all.

Q. What is the limit for number of pages in flyer?

There is no limit, you can upload any number of pages. Please make sure to upload images in the proper order, you want customers to see it.

Q. Can customer see my flyers/deals/flash-sale after date and time has expired?

No. Since Zumily only shows active listings, the flyers and deals will not be visible to consumers after their final date. However, you can see those in Expired section.

Q. Can customer see my flyers/deals/flash-sales before the start date-time?

Yes, it will be available to customers if you set delivery-date before start-date. Basically, you can create future flyers/deals/events and set delivery-date to be actively available on Zumily-network.

Q. Can I disable active listings and/or delete them permanently?

Yes, you can change them anytime because you are the provider. However, if your customers have already seen, won't be able to see or use anymore once you remove or disable them.

Q. I do not see a category for my business. How can I select it?

Sorry to hear that. Zumily is working to add more and more categories. Please contact us for missing category info, we'll review and add it.

Q. Is there any recurring fee?

Nope. There is no fee until you publish a flyer/deal. And, remember first 180 days are completely FREE to use Zumily's network to publish.

Q. Is there any limitation to publish flyers/deals during TRIAL period?

Nope. You can publish as many as you want. You can do it daily, weekly or monthly and has no restrictions.

Q. Can consumer see my business info w/o having account with Zumily?

No, consumer has to have account with us to see your business's published info.

Q. Is Zumily a search engine?

No, Zumily is not a search engine but we deliver contents published by you to your customers and Zumily users in your neighborhood.

Q. Do I need to pay any commission(cut) like Groupon, Local Flavors, Zomato, etc. to Zumily?

No, Zumily is a content delivery engine so does not charge any commission or cut. You only pay one time when publishing your contents. However, first 180 days are completely FREE for your account.

Q. What does "Start Date" mean?

It is the date you want your promotion to start for the Flyer/Deal.

Q. What does "End Date" mean?

It is the date you want your promotion to end for the Flyer/Deal.

Q. What does "Delivery Date" mean?

This is the date you want your promotional Flyer or Deal e-deliver to your customers and Zumily users. It can be either same as Start-date or prior to that. Normally, you keep "Delivery Date" few days before your promotion starts so Zumily-users and Followers get prepared to come shop your place.

Q. Can I upload my flyers or events information every day?

Absolutely, you can upload as many flyers or events information you want.

Q. Can people see our flyers after date and time has expired?

No. Since Zumily only shows active listings, the flyers and events will not be visible to consumers after their final date. However, you can see those in Expired section.

Q. Can people see our flyers before the start date-time?

Yes, it will be available online from the e-delivery date.

Q. Can we send a message to a specific person?

Yes, person has to have account with us to see the message.

Q. What does "Start Date" mean?

This is the date you want your program to start.

Q. What does "End Date" mean?

This is the date you want your program to end.

Q. What does "Delivery Date" mean?

This is the date you want your Flyer or Event information e-deliver to your followers. It can be either same as Start-date or prior to that. Normally, you keep "Delivery Date" few days before your programs starts so Followers get prepared for the future programs.
